Dear Gentlemen :
Snyder Oil Corporation (SOCO) intends to re-complete the
above captioned oil well for production in the Shannon and
Tepee Buttes. formations. Currently, said well is producing
from the C:odel l/Niobr•a.ra formations. As such , The Colorado
Oil and Gas Conservation Commission requires that the
operator of the captioned well , SOCO, notify the producers
within one-half mile radius of the well in which the multiple
zone completion is to be attempted, or production is to be
commingled.
