RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING 1995 DANCE HALL LICENSE - ISAURO AND HELEN
CHAVEZ, DBA EL ROJO LOUNGE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,the Board has been presented with an Application for License to Conduct Public
Dance or Dances for Isauro and Helen Chavez, dba El Rojo Lounge, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on December 7, 1994, at which time the
Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter until January 4, 1995, to allow the County
Attomey adequate time to investigate information received from the Sheriff's Department regarding
said applicants, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter be, and hereby is, continued to January 4, 1995, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 7th day of December, A.D., 1994.
