RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Private Industry
Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Charles Meyers, small business
representative, Dr. Clifford Brookhart, education representative, Judy Griego,
position being changed from private sector/small business to public sector, and
Elton Moskalski, large business representative, be appointed to said council, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Charles Meyers to said
council, with his term to expire December 31, 1993, and
WHEREAS, the Board also deems it advisable to appoint Dr. Clifford
Brookhart, Judy Griego, and Elton Moskalski to said council, with their terms to
expire December 31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Charles Meyers be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
County Private Industry Council, with his term to expire December 31, 1993.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Dr. Clifford Brookhart, Judy
Griego, and Elton Moskalski be, and hereby are, appointed to said council, with
their terms to expire December 31, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of January, A.D. , 1992.
