BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF WELD COUNTY, COLORADO:

Qa WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
o pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
o with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and

O WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, has
W the authority under State statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter to
✓ o' establish certain fees for services provided by the various departments of Weld
- County Government, and

a WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County desires, through
• v this Ordinance, to set fees and charges for rental of the Board's Chambers,
oN H parking fees, recreational vehicle dumping fees, overnight camping site fees,
--- W Clerk to the Board fees, Ambulance Service fees, fees for the copying of public
H uHi documents where the fee is not otherwise specified by law, the sale of Weld
County road maps, the taking of fingerprints for individuals by the Sheriff's
ro Department, extraordinary research of public records which Weld County is not
co rn w required to perform by law, the performance of weed spraying services, copying
r Z of District Attorney files, planning and building inspection materials, fees for
N Z assignment of leases, copying of ambulance trip sheet medical records, returned
o check fees, permits issued by the County Engineer, motor vehicle identification
0W number inspections, special district filing fees, Communication fees, and various
w x record checks and copies of records by the Sheriff's Office.

M r-4 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Ordinance No. 84-L be, and hereby is, repealed and that
m the fee schedule for the rental of the Board's Chambers and parking fees set
forth in Exhibit "A", a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein
by reference, shall be the fees charged by Weld County for rental and parking
services described therein.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board that the fee schedule for services
provided by the Weld County Ambulance Service set forth in Exhibit "B", a copy
of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, shall be the
fees charged by the Weld County Ambulance Service for services described therein.

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED by the Board that the effective date of said fee
schedule shall be January 1, 1992, and such fees shall remain in full force and
effect until the Board ordains to change such fees.
