RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exists on the Juvenile Community Review Board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dan Daily be reappointed to said
board as the mental health representative, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Robert Knepel be appointed to said
board as the law enforcement representative and that Penny Axtun be appointed as
the social services representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Dan Daily and to appoint
Robert Knepel and Penny Axtun to said board, with their terms to expire
November 1, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Dan Daily be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Juvenile
Community Review Board as the mental health representative, with his term to
expire November 1, 1997.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Robert Knepel and Penny Axtun be,
and hereby are, appointed to said board as the law enforcement representative and
the social services representative, respectively, with their terms to expire
November 1, 1997.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 24th day of October, A.D. , 1994.
