RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 763 - JUDY GALLEGOS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado on the 25th day of July, 1983, considered the request
of Judy Gallegos to place a mobile home to be used as a princi-
pal dwelling, and to be occupied in an A-Agricultural Zone Dis-
trict, and
WHEREAS, the application must be amended to include Lot 5
in order to meet the requirements set forth by the Weld County
Health Department for an existing well on said Lot 5 , and
WHEREAS, said parcel of land shall be more particularly
described as follows:
Lots 3, 4 and 5, Block 14 , Community of Briggsdale
Weld County, Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard
the testimony, finds that said request should be granted sub-
ject to the applicant applying for and receiving a building per-
mit for the mobile home within thirty (30) days from the date of
approval by the Board of County Commissioners.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Com-
missioners of Weld County, Colorado that the request of Judy Gallegos
to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on the
above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance
with the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, Section 43 , be, and hereby
is, granted subject to the condition as above listed.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of
July, A.D. , 1983.

From the application information supplied and the on-site soil percolation data, the following minimum installation specifi-
cations are required:

In addition, this Permit is subject to the following additional terms and conditions:
This Permit is granted temporarily to allow construction to commence. This Permit may be revoked or suspended by the Weld
County Health Department for reasons set forth In the Weld County Individual Sewage Disposal System Regulations, including
failure to meet any term or condition imposed thereon during temporary or final approval. The issuance of this Permit does not
constitute assumption by the Department or its employees of liability for the failure or inadequacy of the sewage disposal system.
Environmental Specialist Date
This Permit is not transferrable and shall become void If system construction has not commenced within one year of its issuance.
Before issuing final approval of this Permit the Weld County Health Department reserves the right to impose additional terms
and conditions required to meet our regulations on a continuing basis. Final Permit approval is contingent upon the final in-
spection of the completed system by the Weld County Health Department.
