HomeMy WebLinkAbout920433.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT REQUEST FROM DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES, ON BEHALF OF WELD COUNTY, FOR PREADVERTISEMENT OF CHANGE OF ZONE TO REESTABLISH A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONING WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from the Department of Planning Services, on behalf of Weld County, for preadvertisement of an application for a Change of Zone to Reestablish A (Agricultural) Zoning, and WHEREAS, said property being described as Tract "A", Evans Industrial Park, part of the SEI of Section 30, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, after study and review the Board deems it advisable to grant said request, with the hearing date to be set as June 24, 1992 at 10:00 a.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request from the Department of Planning Services, on behalf of Weld County, for an application for a Change of Zone to Reestablish A (Agricultural) Zoning be, and hereby is, granted.
