RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1790 - KATHLEEN CLANCY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the
20th day of May, 1992, considered the request of Kathleen Clancy for a mobile
home to be used for temporary storage beyond six months, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A (Agricultural) Zone
District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows:
Lot 5, Block 48, Aristocrat Ranchettes, Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony,
finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions:
1) The applicant shall obtain a building permit for the mobile home prior to
locating the mobile home on the property; and 2) The mobile home shall not be
occupied or used in any manner as a temporary or permanent dwelling.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the request of Kathleen Clancy for permission to place a
mobile home to be used for temporary storage beyond six months on the above
described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of
the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the
hereinabove listed conditions.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of May, A.D. , 1992.

Location: 7344 Woodruff Street, Fort Lupton, Colorado.
The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and
recommends that the request be approved for the following reasons:

COMMENTS:

conditional upon the following:

I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the conditions of this zoning
permit which are as follows:
1 . Only one zoning permit for temporary storage of a manufactured home or
mobile home may be issued per legal lot at any one time.
2. A zoning permit for temporary storage of a manufactured home or mobile
home shall be for a period of six months, and is renewable for
additional six month periods only by grant of the Board of County
Commissioners.
Further, I, the undersigned, meet the following conditions which are
required to be eligible for this permit:
1 . The applicant must obtain a building permit for a manufactured home or
mobile home and must comply with all installation standards of the Weld
County Building Code applicable to manufactured homes or mobile homes;
