HomeMy WebLinkAbout920441.tiff RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT NO. 1790 - KATHLEEN CLANCY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 20th day of May, 1992, considered the request of Kathleen Clancy for a mobile home to be used for temporary storage beyond six months, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A (Agricultural) Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Lot 5, Block 48, Aristocrat Ranchettes, Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1) The applicant shall obtain a building permit for the mobile home prior to locating the mobile home on the property; and 2) The mobile home shall not be occupied or used in any manner as a temporary or permanent dwelling. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Kathleen Clancy for permission to place a mobile home to be used for temporary storage beyond six months on the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is, granted subject to the hereinabove listed conditions. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 20th day of May, A.D. , 1992.
