RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF LARRY GRAUBERGER TO WELD COUNTY JUVENILE COMMUNITY
REVEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Juvenile Community
Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Larry Grauberger be appointed to said
board, to fill the unexpired term of John McIlwee, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Larry Grauberger to said
board, with his term to expire November 1, 1993.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Larry Grauberger be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
County Juvenile Community Review Board, with his term to expire November 1, 1993.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by thefollowing vote on the 29th day of January, A.D. , 1992.
