RE: DECLARE CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AS SURPLUS PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZE
SALE OF SAME
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, State Statute and the Weld County Administrative
Manual require that all items disposed of be declared surplus by
the Board of County Commissioners, and
WHEREAS , the County has determined that certain equipment is
no longer needed by the County, said equipment being one offset
printing press #AM2850; one offset printing press AB Dick; one
camera processor #435; one electric master imager #2400R; and one
paper folder #1420V3 , and
WHEREAS , the Board deems it advisable that said equipment be
sold to the following high bidders: Bear Prints for the offset
printing press AMM2850 , electric master imager #2400R; and paper
folder #1420V3; Coren Printing for the offset printing press AB
Dick; and Northern Colorado Graphics for the camera processor
#435.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the equipment
hereinabove described be, and hereby is, declared as surplus, to
be sold to th high bidders as listed above , for a total price of
$12, 152 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of
August, A.D. , 1990 .
