Due to the Notice of Lis Pendens which was filed on these properties on March 18, 1991 by Dean L. Cummins, it has been the decision of our client to resubmit the bid following litigation. We further request the right of first refusal prior to these tracts being offered to the public in a sealed bid auction. Please remit the bonies monies to this office at your earliest convenience.
