RE: APPROVE VACATION OF SPECIAL USE PERMIT 11467 FOR A MANURE DIGESTER AND
DRYER GRANTED TO LLOYD ROCKWELL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated July 22, 1981, the Board did approve Special
Use Permit (SUP) #467 for a manure digester and dryer for Lloyd Rockwell, on
property described as Lot 10 of Ranch Eggs Subdivision, and part of the NE* of
Section 33, Township 1 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated June 1, 1994, the Board did approve Special
Review Permit #1044 for an accessory structure over 1500 square feet in an
Agricultural Subdivision and a horse training facility for Donald L. and Joann
K. Harmon on the abovedescribed property, and
WHEREAS, Condition of Approval #3c of the Planning Commission's Resolution
of Recommendation to the Board, dated May 3, 1994, required SUP #467 be vacated,
and
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to vacate the
abovementioned SUP #467.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that SUP #467, approved by Resolution dated July 22, 1981, be,
and hereby is, approved.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the--€elowing vote on the 1st day of June, A.D. , 1994.
