Dear Mr. Webster,
The Town of Windsor will soon commence expansion of it's wastewater treatment
facility located in unincorporated Weld County.
The project, estimated to cost a total of $3.4 million dollars, will include one building to
house a laboratory, office and equipment. Included in the remainder of the project will
be construction of treatment ponds, clarifiers, pump station improvements and sewer
interceptor.
Consultant design fees have been over $235,000 project management fees are
anticipated to be another $175,000. The Town is confident that our building inspectors
and consulting engineer's staff are more than capable of insuring compliance with all
applicable codes and hereby requests waiver of Weld County building permits.
