MANUFACTURED HOME, MOBILE HOME, OR ACCESSORY DWELLING
ACCESSORY FARM USE
I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the conditions which follow:
1. One only manufactured home, mobile home, or accessory dwelling unit is permitted as
an accessory farm use in the Agricultural zone district.
2. More than one manufactured home, mobile home, or accessory dwelling unit in the "A"
Agricultural Zone District as an accessory farm use requires a zoning permit to be
approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
3. The manufactured home, mobile home, or accessory dwelling unit will be occupied by
persons customarily employed at or engaged in the operation of the use where the
manufactured home, mobile home, or accessory dwelling unit is located;
4. The manufactured home, mobile home, or accessory dwelling unit is necessary for the
effective and economic operation of the use and/or protection of the agricultural
use;

5. The manufactured home, mobile home, or accessory dwelling unit will not be used as
an income source by the applicant for rental to persons not principally employed
upon the lot;
6. Adequate water and sewage disposal facilities are available to the manufactured
home, mobile home, or accessory dwelling unit; and
7. The manufactured home, mobile home, or accessory dwelling unit is not the first
dwelling unit on the parcel of land.
8. Manufactured homes, mobile homes, or accessory dwelling units as accessory farm uses
are temporary. The manufactured home, mobile home, or accessory dwelling unit shall
be removed upon the cessation of the use of the manufactured home, mobile home, or
accessory dwelling unit as an accessory farm use.
9. A building permit must be obtained for the manufactured home, mobile home, or
accessory dwelling unit and the installation must comply with the Weld County
