RE: APPROVE PURCHASE OF USED EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , it is the policy of the Board of County
Commissioners to purchase used equipment by Resolution, and
WHEREAS, the Health Department wishes to purchase two used
desks and two used chairs for $270 .00 from Larry' s Furniture , and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration has
examined said equipment and concurs with the Health Department to
purchase same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, hereby authorizes purchase
of the above mentioned equipment in the amount of $270 . 00 from
Larry' s Furniture.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of
January, A.D. , 1990 .
