RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Sandii Turner, citizen
representative, Judge William West, Court representative, and Tom Quammen,
District Attorney representative, be reappointed to the Weld County Community
Corrections Board, with their terms to expire August 1, 1994, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Sandii Turner, Judge
William West, and Tom Quammen to said Board, with their terms to expire August 1,
1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Sandii Turner, Judge William West, and Tom Quammen be, and
hereby are, reappointed to the Weld County Community Corrections Board, with
their terms to expire August 1, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of July, A.D. , 1991.
