HomeMy WebLinkAbout910046.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE CONTINUANCE OF HEARING TO SHOW CAUSE FOR REVOCATION OF SPECIAL USE PERMIT x/259 - BAUMGARTNER WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS , on January 9, 1991, a hearing was held to show cause for revocation of Special Use Permit No. 259 , held by Harold Baumgartner, and WHEREAS , at said hearing the Board was advised that the hearing had been incorrectly published, and WHEREAS, the Board deemed it advisable to continue said Show Cause Hearing to • January 23, 1991, to allow the public notice to be corrected. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the hearing to show cause for revocation of Special Use Permit No. 259, held by Harold Baumgartner, be, and hereby is, continued to January 23, 1991, at 10:00 A.M. Lacy, Chairman Commissioner George Kennedy, Pro-Tem Commissioner Constance L. Harbert Commissioner C. W. Kirby Commissioner W. H. Webster Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Carol Harding Assistant County Attorney, Lee Morrison The following business was transacted: Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this matter of record. Keith Schuett, representing the Department of Planning Services explained that due to an error in publishing the notice, the hearing needs to be continued to January 23, 1991 at 10:00 A.M. There was no public testimony concerning this matter. Commissioner Harbert moved to continue hearing to January 23, 1991. Seconded by Commissioner Kirby, the motion carried unanimously. This Certification was approved on the 14th day of January, 1991.
