Home My WebLink About900062.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE REQUEST TO RESCHEDULE HEARING DATE - C & M COMPANIES WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, a hearing was scheduled for January 24 , 1990, at 10 : 00 a.m. , to consider the request of C & M Companies for a Special Review Permit, and WHEREAS, Gary J.
