Petitioner is protesting the 1991 actual value of the subject property. 3 . The parties agreed that the 1991 actual value of the commercial property in Parcel Number 0961-05-3-10-023 should be reduced to: Land $ 229,480. 00 Improvements $1, 489, 200.00 Total $1,718, 680.00 4 . Petitioner(s) and Respondent hereby enter into this Stipulation regarding the tax year 1991 valuation of the subject property, and jointly move the Board of Assessment Appeals to enter its order based on this Stipulation. The valuation, as established above, shall be binding only with respect to tax year 1991 . 7. Brief narrative as to why the reduction was made: Protective denial at CBOE. After review of three approaches to value, adjusted subject based on income approach. 8 . Both parties agree that the hearing scheduled before the Board of Assessment Appeals on March 9, 1992 (date) at 9: 30 A.M. (time) be vacated; or, a hearing has not yet been scheduled before the Board of Assessment Appeals (check if appropriate) .
