RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF KATHLEEN SHANNON TO WELD COUNTY PLACEMENT
ALTERNATIVES COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Placement
Alternatives Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Kathleen Shannon be appointed to said
commission to replace Dr. Randy Gordon as the Public Sector/Health Department
representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Kathleen Shannon to said
commission, with her term to expire December 31, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Kathleen Shannon be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
County Placement Alternatives Commission, with her term to expire December 31,
1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 11th day of January, A.D. , 1993.
