RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF LEE LAWSON AND HAROLD NELSON, ALTERNATE, TO
UTILITIES COORDINATING ADVISORY COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Utilities Coordinating Advisory
Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Lee Lawson, sanitation district
representative, with Harold Nelson as alternate, be appointed to said committee,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Lee Lawson, with Harold
Nelson as alternate, to said committee, with a term to expire December 31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Lee Lawson, with Harold Nelson as alternate, be, and
hereby are, appointed to the Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee, with a
terms to expire December 31, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of March, A.D. , 1992.

Please add the following appointment to the Board's Wednesday, March 25, 1992,
agenda:
Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee
Lee Lawson (sanitation district representative) will replace Steve Bagley. Steve
had represented the City of Greeley. According to the new bylaws, the City of
Greeley position has been replaced by a sanitation district or municipal sewer
department representative. There was no expiration date for the City of Greeley
representative--it was a standing position. Under the new bylaws, the sanitation
district representative's term will have an expiration date. Lee Lawson's term
will expire 12/31/1994. His alternate will be Harold Nelson (same expiration
date) . Steve Bagley's alternate was Gary Johnson.
