RE: APPROPRIATION OF SUMS OF MONEY TO THE VARIOUS FUNDS IN THE AMOUNTS AND FOR
THE PURPOSES AS SET FORTH BELOW, FOR THE WELD COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY,
FOR THE 1993 BUDGET YEAR.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Housing Authority Board has adopted the annual
budget in accordance with the Local Government Budget Law, on December 28, 1992,
and
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority Board has made a provision therein for
revenues in an amount equal to or greater than the total proposed expenditures
as set forth in said budget, and
WHEREAS, it is not only required by law, but also necessary to appropriate
the revenues provided in the budget, to and for the purposes described below, so
as not to impair the operations of the Authority.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, ex-officio Housing Authority Board:
That the following sums are hereby appropriated from the revenue of each
fund, to each fund, for purposes stated:
Housing Authority General Fund:
Current Operating Expenses $1,571, 120
Capital Outlay -0-
Debt Service -0-
Total General Fund $1,571, 120
Housing Authority Grant Fund:
Current Operating Expenses $ 332,538
Capital Outlay -0-
Debt Service -0-
Total Grant $ 332,538
GRAND TOTAL $1,903.658
