RE: INCREASE PETTY CASH FUND FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board that the petty cash fund in
the Human Resources Department be increased from $75.00 to $250.00, and
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board has determined that it is
appropriate to increase the petty cash fund in said department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the petty cash fund in the Human Resource Department be,
and hereby is, increased from $75.00 to $250.00.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of January, A.D. , 1993.

Increase HRD Petty Cash Limit
Subject:
This memo is a formal request to increase HRD's petty cash fund from $75 to $250.
The reason for this request is for efficiency sake. Currently, HRD is
replenishing the $75 two to three times per month. I would like to make this a
monthly process.
If there are any questions or comments on this request, I can be reached at HRD
