We are suspending all of those prior requests immediately because of our inability to convince the Town of Windsor to enact a similar requirement. Hopefully, in the future we will convince the Town of Windsor to seek impact fees from developers just as Weld County does. If that does occur, we will again seek your cooperation in assessing impact fees as you have in the past. We have only received impact fees from one developer or home builder thus far and we have refunded his. payment. You may issue building permits to county developers in our school district from now on without receipt of payment from us. Please call me if you have questions. Sincerely yours, James r .
