1 . To maintain the entirety of "Park. "

2 . To provide Covenantees with the opportunity to use
"Park. "
3 . To provide Covenantees the opportunity to use the Senior
Citizens Center to be constructed in "Park, " with the
prior approval of Covenantor pursuant to reasonable
published rules of use.
It is understood and agreed that the conveyance of "Park" by deed
of even date herewith, is made and accepted, and the realty is
granted, on and subject to the above-stated Covenants (in addition
to any covenants, conditions, restrictions, and reservations
stated in said Deed) , which Covenants shall apply to and run with
the conveyed land; all successive future owners and occupants
N o shall have the same right to invoke and enforce the Covenants

o applicable to the conveyance as the original parties to this
