COLORADO From Clerk to the Board
Subjeet: Lucky Star Bar and Grill
The Tavern License, with extended hours, of Lucky Star
Corporation, dba Lucky Star Bar and Grill, expires April 18, 1990 .
The Lucky Star Corporation sent their application to the State
rather than to our office; therefore, they are requesting the
Board to consider waiving the 45-day time limit required by the
State.
Also, if the Board deems it appropriate, we can prepare a
document, which would be signed by the Chairman, stating that
Lucky Star may continue to sell liquor until the license is
returned from the State.
Thank you,
