RE: APPOINT TEMPORARY CHAIRMAN FOR MEETING AND HEARINGS SCHEDULED ON
NOVEMBER 16, 1994
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Chairman W. H. Webster and Chairman Pro-Tem Dale K. Hall will be absent
from the regularly scheduled Board meeting and two land use hearings, Dockets #78 and #79, on
November 16, 1994, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Commissioner Constance L. Harbert
to act as Temporary Chairman for said meeting and hearings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Commissioner Constance L. Harbert be, and hereby is, appointed to act as
Temporary Chairman for the regularly scheduled Board meeting and land use hearings on
November 16, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 9th day of November, A.D., 1994.
