RE: APPROVE ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION OF $201.00 TO WELD COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
BY EVERETT ROHRER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Everett Rohrer has donated $201.00 to the Weld County Sheriff's
Office in appreciation of the work done on a burglary (Case Report #920218030) ,
and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of Weld County to formally accept all donations
via resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the donation of $201.00 by Everett Rohrer be, and hereby
is, accepted and deposited into the line item for gifts/donations.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that a copy of this Resolution, along
with a letter of appreciation, be forwarded to Everett Rohrer.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of May, A.D. , 1992.

On April 20, 1992 Mr. Everett Rohrer made a $201 donation in appreciation of the work
done on a burglary (Case Report 0920218030) .
I am requesting a Resolution accepting the donation. The money will be deposited
into the line item for gifts/donations.
