RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF JOHN PICKLE AS ALTERNATE TO NORTH FRONT RANGE WATER
QUALITY PLANNING ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the North Front Range Water Quality
Planning Association, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that John Pickle, Director of
Environmental Protection, be appointed to said position, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint John Pickle as alternate
representative to the North Front Range Water Quality Planning Association.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that John Pickle be, and hereby is, appointed as alternate to
the North Front Range Water Quality Planning Association.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of July, A.D. , 1992.
