RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE RELEASE OF CASH COLLATERAL FOR PHASE 1 - HARRISON RESOURCE
CORPORATION/VALLEY VIEW RANCH P.U.D.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter; is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated March 25, 1992, the Board granted approval of
a Final Planned Unit Development (P.U.D. ) Plan to Harrison Resource Corporation,
and
WHEREAS, Phase 1 consists of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of Valley View Ranch
P.U.D. , and Phase 2 consists of Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 of Valley View Ranch
P.U.D. , and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated October 7, 1992, warranty collateral, in the
amount of $1,324.00 in cash, to cover 10% of the value of the improvements in
Phase 1, less the improvements accepted by North Weld County Water District for
a period of one year from June 16, 1992, and
WHEREAS, the County Engineer has made an inspection and found no repairs
are necessary; therefore, he recommends that the Board release said warranty
collateral in the amount of $1,324.00, and
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to release
said collateral.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the warranty collateral, in the amount of $1, 324.00 in
cash, to cover 10% of the value of the improvements in Phase 1, less the
improvements accepted by North Weld County Water District for a period of one
year from June 16, 1992, be, and hereby is, released.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Clerk to the Board be, and
hereby is, directed to return said collateral to the appropriate issuing party.

Subject: Valley View Ranch PUD Phase I Collateral S-319
The Engineering Department has made an inspection of Valley View Ranch Phase
I and finds no repairs are necessary. Therefore, the collateral in the amount
of $1,324.00 may be released.
