RESOLUTION
RE; APPROVE PLOWING PERMIT NO. 90-3 , ACCEPT COLLATERAL, AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN - LARRY KLINGINSMITH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Larry Klinginsmith desires to obtain a Plowing
Permit to cultivate certain grassland described as parts of
Section 35, Township 12 North, Range 59 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld
County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance #108-A, Larry Klinginsmith has
submitted proof of collateral in the form of Letter of Credit
#241, from First State Bank, Kimball, Nebraska, in the amount of
$2, 130 .00 , and all other pertinent documents necessary for the
issuance of a Plowing Permit, and
WHEREAS, Larry Klinginsmith has also submitted the required
permit fee in the total amount of $240.00 , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it appropriate to approve the
issuance of a Plowing Permit to Larry Klinginsmith for those
grasslands described in the approved Soil Conservation Plan, a
copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Plowing Permit No.
90-3 be, and hereby is, issued to Larry Klinginsmith.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is, authorized to sign said Plowing Permit.

This Permit is issued pursuant to Ordinance No. 108-A adopted by
the Weld County Board of County Commissioners on March 11 , 1986 ,
and requiring the issuance of permits for the plowout and
cultivation of grassland (s) . Pursuant to said Ordinance, the
Permittee is required to follow a conservation plan approved by
the local Conversation District Board, must pay all applicable
fees pursuant to Ordinance 142 , and must submit collateral in an
amount as set by Ordinance 142 . Said collateral must be approved
by the Board prior to the issuance of. this Permit.

Soil Conservation District board of supervisors approved the plowing plan .
Two complete copies of the plan are enclosed . The one marked "Weld County "
will need to be taken to the Weld County Clerk to the Board of Commisioners
in the Centennial Building at the corner of 10th St . and 9th Ave. , Greeley .
They are the ones that issue the permit to plow.
