RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF JERRY WOMMACK AND JON EASTIN TO WELD COUNTY
JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Juvenile Community
Review Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jerry Wommack and Jon Eastin be
reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Jerry Wommack and Jon
Eastin to said board, with their terms to expire November 1, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Jerry Wommack and Jon Eastin be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Weld County Juvenile Community Review Board, with their terms
to expire November 1, 1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 19th day of October, A.D. , 1992.
