D. 19..39..., 19 90 , are erroneous, illegal, or due to error in valuation for the following reasons: (Completely describe the circumstances surrounding the incorrect value or tax.) In accordance with Senate Bill 91-231, petitioner requests review and adjustment of the 1989 and 1990 assessed value. Subject's over-valuation is verified by the assessment reduction the property received in 1991 and is further verified by the attached report. Summation: Subject was purchased, along with an adjacent vacant parcel, in an arms-length transaction in 8806 for $300,000. The transaction was accepted by the assessor's office this year and the 91/92 valuation set at $300,000 divided between both parcels. The 89/90 valuation, then, with the sale occuring in its primary market window, must be no higher. Petitioner, then, requests the 89/90 valuation be adjusted to its sale price share of $263,343. 19.S.9... 19.90 Value Tax Value Tax Orig. 101 ,440 9,019.23 101 ,440 /9,201.32 Abate. 25.,.07.0 2,.229.,.02 25,070 V 2,274.03 Bal. 76,370 6,790.21 76,370 6,927.29 The taxes (have) (Manna) been paid.
