RE: APPROVE CANCELLATION OF UNCOLLECTIBLE CIVIL ACCOUNTS FOR SHERIFF'S OFFICE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, certain Civil Accounts for the Sheriff's Office in the total
amount of $176.80 have been deemed uncollectible, and
WHEREAS, a list of the specific account names and numbers, amounts, and
reasons for cancellation is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to approve the cancellation of said
accounts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that those Civil Accounts for the Sheriff's Office attached
hereto, in the amount of $176.80 be, and hereby are, deemed uncollectible and
approved for cancellation.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 27th day of April, A.D. , 1992.
