JUSTIFICATION: To complete Hill-N-Park. the larzest and last subdivision of
the crack filling project.
You are directed to make the following changes in the work. All other terms and
conditions of the Contract not expressly modified hereby shall remain in full
force and effect.

The original Contract sum was $ 41,250
Net change by previous change orders $ 0
The Contract sum prior to this Change Order was $ 41.250
The Contract sum will be increased by this Change Order $ 13,750

The new Contract time will be increased by seven ( 7 ) days.
The date of completion as of the date of this Change Order is therefore
June 5 , 1992.
