RE: APPROVE SUBORDINATION OF DEED OF TRUST WITH ROBERT AND LAURA MEISNER AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Subordination of Deed of Trust
between Robert and Laura Meisner and the Weld County Housing Authority, with the
terms and conditions being as stated in said subordination document, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said
subordination, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, ex-officio Housing Authority Board, that the Subordination of
Deed of Trust between Robert and Laura Meisner and the Weld County Housing
Authority be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is,
authorized to sign said subordination document.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of November, A.D. , 1992.

SUBORDINATION OF DEED OF TRUST
By Deed of Trust dated August 5, 1991 and recorded in Book 1306 under
Reception Number 02258503 and recorded August 5, 1991, Weld County
Records, Robert and Laura Meisner conveyed to the Public Trustee of
Weld County Certain real property described therein to secure an
indebtedness payable to Weld County Housing Authority.
Robert and Laura Meisner have executed, or will execute, a Deed of
Trust and Note payable to the Platteville State Bank conveying the same
property.
For One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration Weld County
Housing Authority as holder of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of
Trust described above, hereby agrees that its Deed of Trust shall be
subordinate in all respects to the lien of the Deed of Trust of
Platteville State Bank and of the indebtedness secured by thereby, as
though the Deed of Trust of Platteville State Bank has been recorded
first.

SUBJECT: Approval of Subordination Request /�N
DATE: November 16, 1992
At the past Housing Authority Work Session of November 16th, staff informed
the Board that we had received a request from Robert and Laura Meisner to
subordinate our lien held through the Weld County Housing Authority. Their
property was rehabed in 1991 with a maturity date of July 1, 1996. The
original amount of the promissory note was $3,012. Of this total, $603 was
a straight loan and $2,410 was a deferred payment loan forgivable for each
year they occupy the home. The Meisners have paid off the balance of the
straight loan. The remaining balance of the deferred payment loan is $1,767.
The Meisners have requested us to subordinate so they can obtain a home
equity loan through the Platteville State Bank for home improvement.
Staff recommends that the Board approve the Subordination request.
Attached for Board consideration is the Subordination Agreement which needs
to be signed and notarized, should the Board decide in favor of the Meisner's
request.
