RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF DIANA VASQUEZ TO WELD COUNTY BOARD OF RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Board of Retirement,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Diana Vasquez be appointed to said
Board as the employee representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Diana Vasquez to said
Board, with her term to expire July 31, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Diana Vasquez be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
County Board of Retirement, with her term to expire July 31, 1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of October, A.D. , 1991.
