RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF JEFF STOLL TO NORTH FRONT RANGE WATER QUALITY
PLANNING ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the North Front Range Water Quality
Planning Association, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jeff Stoll, Director of Environmental
Protection, be appointed to said association, to replace John Pickle as
alternate, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Jeff Stoll to said
association, in an alternate position.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Jeff Stoll, Director of Environmental Protection, be, and
hereby is, appointed to North Front Range Water Quality Planning Association, in
an alternate position.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of January, A.D. , 1994.
