2 . Petitioner is requesting an abatement/refund of taxes on
the subject property for tax year 1989.
3 . The parties agreed that the 1989 actual value of the
subject property should be reduced to:

Improvement $137 , 330. 00
Total $197, 999 . 00
4 . The Board concurs with the Stipulation.

The Respondent is ordered to cause an abatement/refund to the
Petitioner, based on the 1989 actual value of the subject property
as set forth in Paragraph 3 .
The County Assessor is directed to change his/her records
