Home My WebLink About901116.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE QUARTERLY PERFORMANCE REPORT FOR 1989 SMALL CITIES CDBG REHABILITATION PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Quarterly Performance Report for the 1989 Small Cities CDBG Rehabilitation Program, said Report being for the period from July 1 through September 30 , 1990 , and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said Quarterly Performance Report, a copy being attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Quarterly Performance Report for the 1989 Small Cities CDBG Rehabilitation Program be, and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is, authorized to sign said Quarterly Performance Report. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 5th day of November, A.D. , 1990 . What has been undertaken and/or completed during the reporting period? How does this progress relate to "milestones" contained in the approved project schedule? At the ending of our extended date, we will have reached our final milestone of twenty units at an average of approx. $11 ,400.00 per unit. During the current quarter eleven units have been completed Due to circumstances beyond our control and lack of client co—operation an extension was requested and granted until Oct. 30, 1990 and the one project in progress should be completed by the extension's end. re 2. What will be undertaken and/or completed during the next reporting period? How does this projected progress relate to 1e "milestones" contained in the approved project schedule? The next reporting period will begin the ERIE project. We feel there will be sufficient applications to support the milestones for the proposed project. We have already began our outreach and are expecting a good response. 3. Have any complaints been received or have problems or issues ' developed related to financial management, environmental review, civil . rights, labor standards, displacement/acquisition/relocation or other matters? If so, how have these been or how will these be resolved? Only one problem has occured, this deals with structural problems discovered while the project was in progress. This has been resolved and the project should be completed by the extension's end. 4. What, if any, additional technical assistance is needed to successfully complete the project?
