RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING TAX ABATEMENT PETITION FROM TEXAS-OHIO POWER,
INC. - 1993 VALUATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Tax Abatement Petition from
the Colorado Division of Property Taxation on behalf of Texas-Ohio Power, Inc. ,
800 Gessner, #1030, Houston, Texas 77024, for State-assessed property for 1993,
and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on August 17, 1994, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter for one week to allow
time for further review.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter be, and hereby is, continued to August 24,
1994, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 17th day of August, A.D. , 1994.

Refund of Taxes
Dear Ms . Tutthill :
This letter is to memorialize the agreements 1994 made e in our
telephone 9944 conversations n Tursday, August 4 ,of property taxes and interest
August 5 , 1994 regarding the payment
due by Texas-Ohio Power, Inc . We agreed to the following:
1 . The abatement hearing before the Weld County Board of
County Commissioners will take place on August 17 , 1994
at 9 a .m. This matter was originally scheduled for
July 11 , 1994 , but was continued to September 12 ,w1994 at
