RE: APPROVE WAIVING TIME LIMIT REGARDING CONCERNING RENEWAL OF
TAVERN LICENSE - ROBERTA AND C. RAY HINDERLITER, DBA I-76
MOTEL AND CAFE, AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of July, 1990 , the Board did receive
an application from Roberta and C. Ray Hinderliter, dba I-76 Motel
and Cafe, for renewal of a Tavern License, and
WHEREAS, said application was submitted to the Board less
than 45 days prior to the date of expiration, as required in
Section 12-46-103 (13) , CRS, as amended, and
WHEREAS, the Board determined that there was good cause to
waive the time requirement as set forth in said Section, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it appropriate to authorize the
Chairman to sign a letter authorizing the applicant to continue
the sale of malt, vinous, and spirituous liquor, for consumption
on the premises only, until the State-approved license is
received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the time requirement
as set forth in Section 12-46-106 (13) , CRS, as amended be, and
hereby is , waived concerning the renewal request of Roberta and C.
Ray Hinderliter, dba I-76 Motel and Cafe , for renewal of a Tavern
License.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and
hereby is, authorized to sign a letter authorizing Roberta and C.
Ray Hinderliter, dba I-76 Motel and Cafe, to sell malt, vinous,
and spirituous liquor, for consumption on the premises only, until
the required State-approved license is received.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of
