APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS
The Department of Planning Services has determined through the review that the
standards of Sections 11.5.1 through 11.5.6 of the Weld County Subdivision Ordinance
have been met. This Recorded Exemption is approved with the following conditions in
accordance with information submitted in the application and the policies of the
County.
The applicant shall submit a mylar plat to the Department of Planning Services to be
recorded in the office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder. The plat shall be
prepared in accordance with the requirements of Section 11.7 of the Weld County
Subdivision Ordinance. The plat shall be submitted within sixty (60) days from the
date of approval by the Department of Planning Services. The applicant shall be
responsible for paying the recording fees.

Weld County Commissioners:-
The purpose of this letter is twofold: 1) Description of
rationale behind the request to amend recorded exemption #'s 698 &
49 and 2) Request for waiver of 1 of the application fees.
The attached map, "Recorded Exemption No. 0963-32-3-RE 698" ,
sheet 3 of 3, plots my current property boundaries, Parcel B, which
is 5 acres, Lot A which is owned by the Lance family and is 4+
acres, and Lot B which is the Clayton property and is 31+ acres.
The dotted line also describes the proposed boundary changes
between my property and Mr. Clayton's. The changes would add 6.49
acres to my property and reduce Mr. Clayton's property by the same
amount. The property is currently pasture ground and I have no
intent on chancing its usage. My children are needing the grazing
ground for their 4-H projects and the added ground would allow more
grazing room for our horses.
I am also asking for a waiver of 1 of the application fees -
($825.00) . I agreed with Mr. Clayton to pay for all costs incurred
with purchasing this property but thought that it would actually be
one transaction rather than amending 2 recorded exemptions. Again,
this is a simple neighborly transaction to change a property line.
Both, Mr. Clayton (284-6128) and myself would be happy to
answer any questions in regards to the above requests.
