Subject: Special Use Permit #112, located on part of the NE4 of Section 18,
T3N, R64W of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado.
Dear Mr. Horton:
Thank you for your March 13, letter. The Department of Planning Services' staff
has reviewed your letter and Special Use Permit #112. The staff has determined
that you could expand the operation of 22,000 head and be in compliance with the
approved permit.
The Weld County Zoning Ordinance requires that anyone feeding livestock in the
unincorporated areas of Weld County shall comply with the performance standards
of Section 47 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance. I have enclosed a copy of
this section of the Zoning Ordinance for you.
