RE: ANNUAL MEETING - BEEBE DRAW LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY
A public hearing was conducted on December 11, 1991, at 9:00 A.M. , with
the following present:
Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy, Chairman
Commissioner George Kennedy, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Constance L. Harbert
Commissioner C. W. Kirby
Commissioner W. H. Webster
Also present:
Director of Finance & Administration, Don Warden
Acting Clerk to the Board, Carol A. Harding
Assistant County Attorney, Lee Morrison
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that, pursuant to a notice dated November 25, 1991, and
duly posted November 26, 1991 at 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado, a
public hearing was conducted regarding the Beebe Draw Law Enforcement
Authority. Don Warden, Director of Finance and Administration,
recommended that a budget of zero be adopted. Lee Morrison, Assistant
County Attorney, recommended that the next annual meeting be set for
November 2, 1992 at 9:00 a.m. , at which time a preliminary budget for 1993
will be considered. Commissioner Webster moved to adopt a budget of zero,
and set the next annual meeting date for November 2, 1992 at 9:00 a.m.
Commissioner Harbert seconded the motion, which carried unanimously. Next
year the final budget for Beebe Draw Law Enforceent District will be
considered for adoption at the County's final budget hearing.
This Certification was approved on the 16th day of December, 1991.
