Colorado Avenue Loveland, Colorado, 80537 Subject: SUP-358 and USR-576 on Hoagland dairy, both being a part of NW/4 of Section 3, T4N, R68W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. Dear Mr. and Mrs. Jackson: Thank you for your letter of September 20, 1994. Department of Planning Service's staff reviewed your letter along with the files for SUP-358 and USR-576 and have determined the following: - Both SUP-358 and USR-576 are transferrable upon sale of the property. - There is not an expiration date for the existing permits as long as the property remains in compliance with all conditions of approval and developments standards. - The expansion of either SUP-358 or USR-576 would require an amendment to the Special Use Permit. You may obtain a copy of the SUP-358 and USR-576 plats at the recording office located at 1402 N. 17th Avenue Greeley, Colorado 80631, fora fee of$5.00 each. For SUP-358, reference Book 838, Reception number 1759650 and for USR-576, reference Book number 1014, Reception number 01948738. If you have any further questions, please call or write me. Colorado Ave. Loveland, CO 80537 September 20, 1994 Department of Planning Services 1400 N. 17th Ave. Greeley, Co 80631 Attention: Todd Hodges Dear Mr. Hodges, This is a request for information regarding the "Use by Special Review Permit" held by Hoogland Dairy. The farm is located in Section 3 , Township 4, Range 68 of Weld County, Colorado. The property owners are Gerrit and Henrietta Hoagland. We request any pertinent information that would be of value to us regarding the permit, as we consider purchasing the farm. We have some questions about the permit. Is the permit transferable upon sale of the farm? Are we subject to review to maintain the permit, and is there an expiration date on the permit? What is required to expand the permit? Thank you for your help in this matter. If you need any further information from us before supplying this information, we can be reached at 303-635-0293 . We look forward to hearing from you.
