RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF SHIRLEY MEDBERY TO WELD COUNTY AREA AGENCY ON
AGING BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Area Agency on Aging
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Shirley Medbery be reappointed to
said Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Shirley Medbery to said
Board, with her term to expire January 31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Shirley Medbery be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Weld
County Area Agency on Aging Board, with her term to expire January 31, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 2nd day of October, A.D. , 1991.
