Webster Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Shelly Miller Assistant County Attorney, Lee Morrison Planning Department representative, Lanell Swanson The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated November 25, 1992, and duly published December 10, 1992, in the Windsor Beacon, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Snyder Oil Corporation for a Site Specific Development Plan and Amended Special Review Permit for a natural gas processing facility in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Lanell Swanson, Planning Department representative, stated that the applicant's sign was not posted, and she recommended the matter be continued to January 6, 1993. The applicant's representative was not present. There was no public testimony offered concerning this matter. Commissioner Harbert moved to continue the request of Snyder Oil Corporation for a Site Specific Development Plan and Amended Special Review Permit for a natural gas processing facility in the A (Agricultural) Zone District to January 6, 1993 at 10:00 a.m. , based on the recommendation of the Planning staff. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Kirby, and it carried unanimously.
