To Whom It May Concern:
I respectfully direct your attention to paragraph 6. a. of the
above referenced Special Review Permit . The mention of " Idaho
Creek." in the second line of said paragraph is befuddling. Idaho
Creek lies about one-half mile east of the east boundary of the
approved excavation. Boulder Creek, however, forms a large
section of the west boundary of the approved excavation. It
seems to me that (100) year flood plain of Boulder Creek should
be the controlling entity for conformance to Weld County Flood
Hazard Overlay District requirements,
