RESOLUTION RE: PETITION TO VACATE
ABANDON AND CLOSE COUNTY ROAD:
WHEREAS, a petition, signed by more than two-thirds of the owners of
lands adjoining the county public roads between Sections 19 & 20, 20 & 29, 29
& 28 and 32 & 33, Township 7 North, Range 60 West of the Sixth Principal meridian,
requesting that said roads described herein, be vacated, abandoned and closed,
has been presented to The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
and
WHEREAS, after full investigation and consideration, it appears that
the necessities of the public no longer require a county road between said
Sections 19 & 20, 20 & 29, 29 & 28 and 32 & 33, Township 7 North, Range 60 West.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESO'EVED, and it is hereby ordered that the road
bttwaa commencing at the NW corner Section 20 thence south 1 mile to the SW cor.
Section 20 thence east one mile to the SE corner Section 20, thence south a
distance of two miles to the SE corner of Section 32 all in Township 7 North,
Range 60 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, a distance of 4 miles in lenght,
be and hereby is de&lared vacated, abandoned and ordered closed.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded,adopted by the following vote:

GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the

each and severally in hand paid by the said County of , the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agrees to give the right of way through
our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for damage by reason thereof.
